I had my tire fixed and agreed that they would call me when the bike was ready. After 1 1/2 weeks I call them.. bike was ready but forgot to call me.. And not glued, but put a (much more expensive) new tire on it "because they haven't glued it for years". Fine, but say so in advance! Discount/compensation was not negotiable according to a younger man (owner?). The older repairman was polite and understanding, hence 2 stars instead of 1 Note: this was 2 years ago, I hope they communicate better now

Bought an ebike and repaired the bikes during the service. High prices, yes.

Very helpful. Even something that had broken through their own fault was repaired free of charge. Very satisfied.

Went to Sander Heemstede today because my bike was stolen.
Unfortunately, my insurance turned out to have expired for 9 days, because I had not had an offer of extension due to relocation.
So bike is no longer insured.
Virgil called the insurance company and explained the situation, with the result that I still get reimbursed for my stolen bike!
What a top service!

I wanted to replace a bicycle tire for my neighbor, after visiting a number of shops I ended up at Sander two-wheelers! Very helpful, very friendly and thoughtful! Thank you!

Are you on a cycling holiday with your wife? You get a flat tire just before closing time. Near Heemstede. With the courage of despair, you ask a bicycle repairman from Rijwielhuis Sander whether it might be possible immediately. Virgil is outside, puffing after a busy day. He thinks for a moment and ... he does it immediately. That's service, thanks guys, thanks Virgil. You can count on Sander's boys!!

Just dropped by unexpectedly with my e-bike due to a small problem. The service was very quick and efficient, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back if needed.

Rear tire ebike went flat, very annoying if you depend on your bike. Ran into Sanders where Virgil greeted me kindly and immediately got to work for me! In no time! I brought my bike on Wednesday at the end of the day and Thursday morning it was ready again together with friendly colleagues in the store. Service is top notch, beautiful business and of course a happy customer with a fixed ebike. Thanks guys!

Breakdown with cargo bike in Hillegom and Sander came the same morning to carry out repairs on site. Now that's what you call SERVICE! Kudos to Sander Tweewielers!

Great help again today by team Haarlem. Despite all the hustle and bustle, they managed to restore my bike. My bike now rides like a charm again. I didn't have to pay for that yet. It will be settled with the 3rd service of my bike next month.

Very good service. Brought bike for repair. I could come get it in 1 or 2 days. It was ready the same day and also for a lower amount than had been said. Nice people, good explanation for the right bike choice etc.

What a lovely shop to have around. Every time we come here we are treated perfectly. Today again, after a canceled delivery due to a production error, beyond expectations and very quickly helped with an alternative. 3 Months became 3 hours delivery time. We are fans!
